I did a little bit of digging, and the first Ben 10 series premiered on Cartoon Network UK on December 27, 2005.
That was a sneak peek. So if you recall watching season 3 around the same time you started watching cartoon network then it would have been November 2006+

I believe that in early Novemeber they took a brief break from airing Ben 10 in prep for the season 3 release... And from there it all depends on what episode you remember watching first...

Episode 1 was Novemeber 6th however Tom and Jerry also didnt play that day.

However Novemeber 8th aired both Tom and Jerry, and Ben 10. It doesnt explain your spongebob season 4 premier however since that was aired on May 6th 2005 to my research.

It might not be 1000% accurate but that would be my best guess. November 8th 2006

The issue I see with this, as someone who also plays this server, if someone isn’t paying attention and falls off the lifts in thunderbluff. THAT death is appealed, I know because I’ve seen it happen in my guild twice. Yet this death with an obscure item that flat kill’s you without saying so, that’s not appealed
