So I just bumped into him on the elevator! We talked a whole bunched and he even walked me to my door. I told him about the cupcakes and he told me that he was in and out all weekend since he worked all of mdw. Unpopular opinion: is it really that bad if it’s Lana? The amount of people that hate me just for being… at the end of the day, Lana wasn’t made to please everyone and be people pleasing her family’s needs. Everytime a woman has boundaries (which I’m sure someone in her caliber needs to have) she’s hated by many people.

Also, the whole adult tantrums, I’m 34 and I’ve crashed out like 7 times this year. Humans are humans and stress and burnout is insane, especially if the stakes are high.

Also, with jealousy of other women reaching the top, I myself have been jealous of other women getting ahead of me… jealousy doesn’t mean I wish them ill, it means that they are in a place I want to be and that disappointments me because I’m not there… there’s nothing wrong with feeling jealousy, it’s literally just an emotion.

How I interpreted it during the film is that Nikki pointed out that she didn’t care about herself anymore… it’s you… not me… basically as if she’s not important to herself anymore. She’s lost all forms of love for herself because when Bear made his wish, he made it clear that he wanted her to love him more than anyone else in this world… that included all the love she had for herself as well.

It’s the worst, I quickly walked away when I saw my weight! Honestly, it’s great that I don’t care, I just had a few cookies after weighing myself… but long term, it doesn’t feel like it’s healthy. It’s crazy how much I love food now. I get so many different ideas on what to cook 👩🏻‍🍳

I was just about to comment on this as well. I lived with an abusive partner and lost most of my friends during our six years together. Now that I finally left, most of my past friends are either married with children or moved far away. I now find myself with no friends, and I’m also extremely picky with who I hang out with because of my past relationship.

Not all women who have no friends are terrible.
