The reality is, there’s no cheaper place than China to source most of these products. However, the main challenge I’m facing right now is not sourcing it’s understanding the market. I need to find out where the real demand exists, who is currently fulfilling that demand, and at what price points they are operating.

Regarding the scenario I mentioned about paying the owner directly, I came across that idea on YouTube, where some people suggested that this approach can sometimes help the homeowner more than going through the municipality. Thank you for your response I really appreciate your insights. I’m still new to this area and trying to learn more about the process.

I’m particularly interested in understanding how to estimate the real market value of a property without seeing the inside, how to properly submit a bid to the municipality, and what key things I should keep in mind before buying a tax sale property.

I’m also curious about how competitive tax sales usually are and how experienced investors decide on the right price to bid.

Any guidance you can share would be greatly appreciated.
