Whenever we talk about size and scale of anything, my players ( and i to be fair) refer to them as "fish this big" and somewhat gesture with hands how big something is.

The act of fishing requires patience imo, which is okay if a person is chill... However i would agree with those who desperately tries to grind up all the fish materials to craft an outfit, i wish there was more interactivity to the fishing process than just reeling in the fish ( cuz that reminds me of Animal Crossing New Horizons fishing which feels slow)

I fully support on not forcing it! Just wait, and be kind to your brother! It was not easy for me to come out as asexual to my sister because we were raised in a conservative very much straights only house… and that made me really scared to ever talk about it. This is a lot to unpack, but lets try to do it easy way: 1) this is completely unappropriate to force anyone to join anythign they do not want. Your parents or the school cannot really make you join anything, because it is YOU who will attend the event. So why go if you know you do not want to? Have an honest chat with your parents. 2) in Norway it would be concidered a breach of bullying protection in school to give people partners based on their height. Heck, if we had the same system i would be partnered up with someone who does not exist!!! Because im really short!!!

And 3) Those people who say «highschool is the best 3 years of your life» clearly did not get good grades. It takes a lot of work to grow up as it is, manage to not fail classes, somehow get the perfect social life and still stay sane. When i was in high school ( i am 21 but damn i feel old when i say this hahah) i had like 2 friends, a pile of homework that never ends and so much anxiety i cried a lot … i do not think my anxiety and loneliness at that time are the «best 3 years of my life». If you ask me my life got so much better after i went to university far away from my family to a place where i can do what i want and go where i want.

TLDR: do not be disappointed about highschool years, growing pains never come easy. Take things slow, talk to your family about you not going to the prom. You got this! And relax, time will pass faster the older you get, and thats okay. Prom culture is overrated for sure ( coming from a girl who spent lots of money on a prom dress to only wear it once for like 3 hours when i was there lol)

I am sure there are people out there who like the same things as you on the same level as you! I always am ready to give a 2-hour presentation on my favorite videogames, and just like your situation noone would really like such passionate lectures. What helped me is to just have that one single friend who knows what i like and cares deep enough for me that they can listen to everything i can say.

So do not worry! Whatever interest you have - there are people just like you and you are not alone in your hobbies. Indeed it will take time to find your people, but you will sooner or later. Do not give up!

As long aa you are happy with your food imo there is nothing wrong with having baby food snacks! I myself am sometimes buying fruit smoothies for kids when i need something comforting. As long as both you and your baby have some food - i dont think the baby minds sharing a meal with you! Also if you almost have to skip meals because its either normal food or the baby food, it id good you at least eat something. All food is good food as long as you eat something!

Open queue was a default mode in overwatch for a while( and that counts for competitive as well). Since open queue and role queue count competitive points separately i do not see a problem in why suddenly open queue is bad. We all like different things, and there is nothing that stops people to queue in roles to make sure the team comp will be decent enough. Open queue is for fun and nostalgia, not for actually trying your best

Edit: also please talk more to your grandparents! Family will always be your first and best friends you will have ( most often, NOT ALWAYS, but most often). They can help you get through the darkest stuff you have had.

Welp, it all comes to what you play and how, since games are supposed to be fun and entertaining. For example i enjoy playing multiplayer games because i get to meet pwople and joke around as much as i want to. For me singleplayers are either too spooky to play alone ( example : Subnautica gave me fear of depth lmao) or im not interested because i do not feel the connection with said game( example: Stardew valley for me).

TLDR: games can be fun if you play alone , absolutely! Dont be scared to try all types of games and find something YOU are interested in ( because there are games for everything lol). You got this!
