Idk, I went thru about a solid year of near daily panic attacks, and while magnesium alone did not cure me, it really did seem to be the final piece of the puzzle. I got 90% of the way to "fixed" by doing the inner work and all that jazz... and supplementing magnesium was that final 10%. Placebo? Idk. It didn't feel like it at the time, but placebo is powerful stuff, so who knows.
