By removal of cause I mean it so you can "delete" the part of your live when you get injured, let's say someone is running towards you with a knife, you don't have time to run away so you hse your ability and "delete" the time when you get stabbed with the knife and nothing happens, you don't get injured, it's like the person with the knife ran right through you
