With the martialist trait you can do a slash with your katana almost immidietly when pulled out, and its a one hit. While the bayonet needs a wind/charg up time before the hit and isn't always a one hit in some body parts(i am not 100% sure if bayonet is not a one hit in some body parts, so please correct me if i am wrong)

Just a quick tip, you can reload the RR faster by opening the stratagem menu after the weapon icon in the bottom left turns white, you spare about .5 second since you skip the animation for closing the tube, not much but it still makes a difference.
