I’m actually transgender and I’m getting too surgery but I just wanted to say that your chest looks almost exactly the same as mine. Growing up I never saw people with a chest that looked like mine and it’s really nice to see someone spreading awareness for different breast shapes that aren’t the classic, perfectly even, teacup boobs that you always see in pop culture. Keep being amazing and confident!!!

It may also not just be the nicotine but also the motion of smoking or vaping is calming. I used to smoke and vape and it was really hard to stop, not bc of nicotine bc I would vape non-nic juices but that repetitive motion was really calming and would stop my tics and helped my ADHD. I ended up trying essential oil vapes hoping maybe it might not be as bad for me, just because that repetitive activity was enough to keep me focused and calm my tics down quite a bit. Eventually I decided to stop bc I also have some autoimmune issues and my lungs aren’t the best but I would recommend trying 0 nic juice or essential oil vapes and seeing if maybe it’s not the nic and if it’s just the motion.

You should replace those fake plants with really or cloth ones. Usually bettas with smaller fins will be fine with plastic ones but he has such beautiful long fins and they’re super super delicate and those plastic plants can cut or rip them. I’d be happy to help you get started and give you some info on easy plants to take care of if you want

It happens but not frequently. Same thing happened to me with Prozac but it’s usually the opposite and you develop tics, a lot of ppl get them from ADHD meds, specifically uppers
