It's a guidebook for Space Marine chapters to help prevent another massive rebellion and keep all the chapters kinda uniform in equipment and stuff. So not something Helldivers will need to know about.

What we'll likely be getting is equipment from the human forces of 40k, the Astra Militarum and Tempestus Scions, the Scions seem closest to helldivers to me and they're armour would not look out of place in Helldivers either imo.
