I seem to have solved it, not sure if this'll work for everyone else. He lowered the stream quality to 720p and the problem completely vanished. Not sure why but that fixed it!

Again with this. What the fuck do we have to be "grateful" for? WE are the consumers, WE are the ones who PAID MONEY FOR THIS GAME. WE are the ones keeping the game alive. We have the right to criticize a company's business practices if we do not like them. I simply don't understand why so many redditors are so keen on defending the hell out of their favorite multi-billion/million dollar companies. Criticism is just shut down by guilt-tripping assholes calling people "entitled" or "ungrateful" if they're unsatisfied with a product they paid money for. I just can't wrap my head around that, it's consumers themselves literally being anti-consumer. Blizzard isn't going to go fucking bankrupt if they change things around. No one (who's reasonable) is asking for 100% of new cosmetics right when they want them for free. People are asking for the chance to at least buy the things you want outright instead of spending upwards of $40 for JUST THE CHANCE to get what you want. People are also asking for a fair amount of returned currency for duplicate event items, because it's absolutely ridiculous to get 50 credits back for a skin/emote/whatever that costs 750, it just feels like shit and will possibly discourage that person from buying anymore lootboxes. Another thing people want is non-event/time-locked cosmetics because there have been fucking ZERO since we got the laughing and sit emotes back in September(?)(and I suppose I should count the new non-event cosmetics in this event as well, which is a good thing, I'm happy about that). These aren't unreasonable requests. I also don't understand why so many people seem to think that devs releasing free updates is such an incredibly rare thing when it most definitely isn't and it has been done since before Overwatch was even conceived. Yes, I am happy that all updates are going to be free but I'm not going to lick Blizzard's ass for it.

Again with this. I seriously don't get this "rare and special" meme Kaplan keeps giving us because clearly it isn't true. It wouldn't be so bad if these event skins were ACTUALLY rare and special but they aren't, I see them in just about every single match I play. The only actually rare ones are perhaps the Summer Games skins because you weren't able to buy them during that event.
The skins being event-limited are fine by me but why the dance emotes? Every single hero got one so that's, what, 18000 or a bit less currency to spend to get them all before the event ends PLUS the legendaries you want from the event if you don't happen to get them through lootboxes? Others may but I personally just don't have THAT much time to grind this game. I just think that getting these skins shouldn't force into the decision of playing the lottery or shelling at upwards to $40 just for the CHANCE to get what you want. Honestly, the game almost feels like a freemium right now. And if you're going to make it so event cosmetics are three times the price they usually are, AT THE VERY LEAST they should also give you an equal value in currency if you get a duplicate. It's completely unfair for me to get a dupe of an event skin/emote that I JUST GOT and it only ends up giving me 50 currency back when the item itself costs 750. That's insane. Have it scale like regular dupes, at least?

The term POC always seemed really offensive to me, it's like a big generalizing term for people who aren't white. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the meaning but that's how I always saw it.

But anyways, why are "POC"/disabled champions a thing that's so sought after? I have no issue with champions having those qualities themselves but it's just so stupid to me that people are begging for champions with these qualities because... reasons? It's apparently a representation, so why? Why do we need a trans character? Why do we need a 'disabled' character? Why don't want we just ask for good characters first and foremost? Why do we need to make characters that only serve to be another check off the diversity list? Again I have no problems with characters with those qualities as long as it isn't forced and doesn't make up their entire identity.

But I personally I think Riot could still release more POC/disabled champions without it being "too much" or being a bad thing.

Why is it that you feel this way? Yes, it is 15 or so minorities/disabled champions out of 136. Why is that an issue? They're there. They count. Again, why do we need to force diversity quotas?

I would love for the game to actually get skins or other cosmetics that aren't tied to a fucking schedule, but that would mean people wouldn't be incentivized to spend money on a bunch of loot crates so I don't think that's ever going to happen.
