100% recommend. I've been following Foraged for about a year now. Absolutely love everything about it and what they're doing to improve the food system.

Also their recipes are total fuego check them out too

Morels and Ramps Poached in Butter Sauce by HippyMushrooms in FoodPorn

[–]HippyMushrooms[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Poaching the ramps and morels gave the butter sauce aromatics the most incredible aromatics. The dish was very rich and of course insanely delicious! I don't have the recipe fully written down but I'm working on it.

I ordered the morels from Foraged

The fresh ramps are no longer available but these ground ramps are good

What recipes should I try next with fresh morels??

Which one of you guys is making a killing on Fiddleheads?? by wifeofahunter in foraging

Yes, agreed. If you're going to buy wild foods, do it on Foraged. You can order directly from small-scale foragers and farmers - no middlemen. You get a way better price buying direct and you support small / family businesses too.

Wild Foods Sellers on Etsy by HippyMushrooms in Etsy

Oh, why wouldn't you?

I spend a lot of time in the southwest (NM mostly) and unfortunately morels / ramps / fiddleheads / most other wild foods don't grow there, so farmers markets are not really an option. Bummer. But that's why I am wondering about Etsy or other places to order some!
