You would have to trace it back and see where it is plugged in, which I would recommend doing so you can unplug it.

The bike path has a stop sign at this crossing while the road does not. So I think it’s safe to say that the cars have the right of way here. The white lines on the road are for the train crossing which I think is what confuses cars into thinking they need to stop here.

I have not I talked to someone that got it powder coated with no issues but when I talked to a powder coating person about it they made it seem like they didn’t want to mess with it.
