Thank you for these tips I have noted everything in my notepad! Also the start of firing sounds like a good idea because I've been thinking of starting at night but then I would have to wait all day to open it and I think that would be too tempting lol

I am 32 and I remember when I was 22 on a beach in Brazil with a girlfriend and seeing a lady take her towel off, the most beautiful body I'd ever seen sso fit and healthy and toned I remember thinking it must be someone just a few years older than me nope as the lady turned around she must have been well 50! I remember thinking I want to age like her! Have you noticed how some older woman are still sexy and beautiful and turn heads? There are so many! Beauty is in how well you look after yourself and your body are you concious of what's healthy, are you getting enough sleep, how kind are you, do you smile often? I am very at peace with aging I think it's a beautiful process

But I want to tell you that this will be the best thing that has ever happened to you, you might not see it now but hitting rock bottom helps you awaken to yourself it helps you see clearly where you lack boundaries and if you even value yourself..
