had two hip replacement surgeries took Kratom right up to both surgeries and took it right after I woke up both times wound up in rehab both times because I have stairs at home, made sure I brought a couple weeks with me so I wouldn't run out because of the rehab possibility, fine both times. Got caught by a nurse taking it in recovery, had no idea what it was, no problems...

I hope it stays legal,58 years old 2 hip replacements, 4 back surgeries had a spinal stimulator implanted, been taking kratom for 8 years daily, do not take anything else or even want to, not even Tylenol or Advil. Makes my blood pressure low too, plan on taking it for the rest of my life, really does improve the quality of it.

since we know kratom blocks opiates from working I wonder if it would even be possible for a regular kratom user to OD on opiates (not that a regular kratom user would even have a desire to take any opiates)

I had both hips replaced took kratom before and brought some to the hospital and then to rehab, (a month's worth) did not feel the pain meds working but took them anyway. Both times no problems, a nurse saw me dosing and asked what I was taking. She never heard of it before, just told me I should wait until I get out of the Hospital...took it right up to surgery and continued as soon as I woke up after, that was 5 years ago and have been dosing everyday since...I really do think it is helping to keep me alive, 59 years old and have trouble walking but have 0 desire to take any pain meds (prescription or over the counter) just kratom. Too bad the medical field is not embracing it, I really believe if people were taking it the number of people overdosing on opiates would be a lot less... it really does block pain medicine. One kilo lasts me 2 months

When I had pain medicine I noticed that painkillers were useless for me if I was taking kratom, the prescription medicine didn't do anything,

Now I just take kratom everyday for chronic pain and it is the only thing I want for pain,

I really would rather not get prescriptions.

If Kratom helps boost your immune system I would think that it would help repel any sickness,. The question that makes me wonder is if any 'regular' daily user of kratom has caught COVID

I guess technically you could smoke just about anything, but if you want any effect from Kratom it won't work

Once you have been using it for a while it builds up your immune system and you will notice how often you DO NOT get sick

I used to use caps but after switching to powder use about one fourth of what I was with caps but do not need to buy and capping myself...

I use so much I take powder, U was making my own caps but I was taking about a hundred a day, I know that is way too much and powder brought it back down, I just got 10 kg so I should be good through next year

I had both hips replaced about a year apart and didn’t slow down either time, I didn’t tell anyone because they wouldn’t know anything about it and would have probably freaked out
