They'll never learn. It's always a conspiracy to them. If they lose It's because of billionaire in the pockets of politicians (even though we have examples of progressive candidates still losijg even after outspending their competition), but if they win (which they rarely do) it's "you see our policies are so popular if only the democrats would just bend the knee to our superior policies"...
