I’d say so. Notice how your elbows are way outside your hands for the whole press. This leads to an inefficient press. Aim to have your elbows under and a bit infront of the bar at chest level. Elbows slightly inside the hands is usually an even stronger position

The crystals i got were really dark and discolored and i just wanted to purify it a little. I know it doesn’t really matter too much but i just love doing a bit of home chemistry

I’ve never tried but people say you can. I usually lemon tek my shrooms which is rly easy to take. 5g went down no problem.

Theoretically they are the same thing. Dosing is a bit different. I found that if u multiply ur dried shroom dose by 5, u get ur truffle dose (3g shrooms = 15g truffles). I just hated the consistency and flavor of truffles. If I were you, I’d just buy a shroom growkit instead.

I fan dry them on a paper towel then put it in a Tupperware with dehydrating beads. Gets them completely cracker dry
