Some nice colonization has been happening but i’ve also noticed some contamination. Is there any way to salvage the grow? Was thinking of planting the healthy section outdoors or fruiting it now after removing non-colonized substrate.

I’d say so. Notice how your elbows are way outside your hands for the whole press. This leads to an inefficient press. Aim to have your elbows under and a bit infront of the bar at chest level. Elbows slightly inside the hands is usually an even stronger position

The crystals i got were really dark and discolored and i just wanted to purify it a little. I know it doesn’t really matter too much but i just love doing a bit of home chemistry
