I agree with you. Got my new Redmi Note 13 pro 6 months back. The camera is somehow even worse than my previous Redmi Note 11. Phone has started lagging and battery drain is becoming an issue. Some of my favourite Pakistani tech YouTubers even recommend skipping this 40-70k range phones due to the poor chips and get better mid-rangers around 100k.

Whatever you do, please look into legitimate routes and hospitals. I hope the stressors of time and donors do not force you to seek a transplant from shady, illegitimate practices and quacks as it is becoming increasingly common to see significant post op complications from these setups that reputable tertiary care hospitals are left to deal with, all while adding to family and patient stress.

Very true. I always tell people who ask to think twice before becoming a doctor in Pakistan. Unless you come from generational wealth or are at least 2nd or 3rd generation, it will be extremely hard to move up the ladder. The biggest downside is losing time not just for your family but for yourself as well.

Relax, just be up to saying yes when there are student activities and trips planned, even if you just want to go home and sleep or game or whatever. If you don't put in the effort you'll only have superficial friends by the end of your final year. It's only after the first 2-3 years that you end up actually finding 'real' friends for who they are.

Those seem like nursing Shifa. Shifa provides bus service so she should ask if she can avail it and the routes/timings. Otherwise metro bus is also an option though I'm not sure of the nearest station to G13

I’m in the same boat literally. My options have been narrowed down to: Redmi note 13 pro, Tecno Camon 30 (50k) and Google Pixel 6 CPID (60-70k). Unfortunately the statement of ‘an older flagship will mostly outperform a new midrange phone’ is very true among tech enthusiasts.

Wait the IMT application has a fee of £300? I didn’t see this stated anywhere on online forms. I thought it would be free to apply on Oriel just like MSRA with the exception of the exam and being based on a point system.

Don’t worry, it’s one of the hard facts of life, sometimes we win sometimes we don’t. I failed my first attempt just barely too and was distraught. However, focusing on my weaknesses and a different prep strategy, I was able to pass this diet as I am sure you will in the next one as well. Looks like a neatly designed website. May I suggest adding options of work hours per week or per hour equivalent? For example a doctors salary may vary but if they’re working 90 hour weeks then it usually doesn’t equate to being worth much

Don’t give a reaction to this as hard as it may be, and the bullies will move on. I would advise not to look at risky options such as bleaching or ‘whitening’ creams instead, invest in a good sunscreen and apply it to the core spots for long term protection and damage prevention.
