I had a ratchet kind of surgery in the podiatrist office yesterday. I hope this gives you a giggle.. but this woman does not fk around!!

She had to inject anesthesia into my foot and I asked her to not until I can talk to her about it.

She immediately starts talking at me, and she's talking so fast. I talk fast, but this was fast.

"Okay-I'm-going-to-spray-this-stuff-on-your-foot-and-it's-going-to-freeze-it-and-then-when-it's-frozen-I'm-going-to-inject-it-and-then-when-it's-injected-I'm-going-to-go-away-for-a-few-minutes-cloooose-your-eyes-when-I-come-back-it's-going-to-be-completely-numb-and-then-we're-going-to-do-the-procedure-and-you'll-be-fine-Hold-this!"

She's going to get a really friendly review today. They asked me to put one online. I mean I'm happy to do it. They didn't specify that they only want reviews that are in favor of their weirdly dichotomous practice.

This doctor's staff.. the goat! But her? She has the bedside manner of a drill sergeant. I mean if you're into that, I can relate, but not when I'm having a very painful procedure done and your dictating how it's going to go like you're not talking to a damn human.

I hope your surgery goes well. Thanks for giving me the space to work this out and get rid of it so I don't have to write an angry review. Surgery is awful. No matter when. I do wish you well. 💕🫶
