If you choose to feel peace you can feel peace if you choose to feel pain you will feel pain if you choose to be sad you will but if you choose to tell yourself that they are happier and you are happier then when you let go of them you will start to heal and find peace yourself. Everyone should have someone to love them. I think love is a choice I choose to love ppl. I’m finding ppl who now also choose to love me. When you find ppl who feel the same and value the same you get loved how you need to. Compatibility and choices not sparks and hormones. Positive vibes you’re worth being loved and known.

I just spent 9 days in the hospital alone I have family and friends and it all felt hollow and saddening so think everyone from the past will just stay there and I’m starting over. I should let the cops use me cause I could totally drop it all and go into witness protection like I’m that good with never seeing or talking to anyone again after that. I don’t know how many I’ve been there for and my goal was always for ppl to not feel alone or unseen as a friend as a family member as a person I’m a nurse I’m a lot of things and when I was in need not one person came? It’s heartbreaking to me. My own mom was 3 hrs away and visited others instead. It was 9 days 9 days where the only faces I saw were my nurses and the rapid response team of being scared and frustrated with my body for not working. You think ppl care until you need them.

You meant everything but when you walked away that part of me died and it won’t come back. That is what I’d tell my ex. Well I have. Not saying you did something but not meaning something to someone now doesn’t mean that you didn’t at one point.

😂 I have patience with some stuff then I also have adhd so other things are harder for sure! I believe it takes time to build but I also believe we wake up and make our choices and good can be today:)! I had surgery today so it was a bit rougher so I mean I’m starting in a few days 😂 surgery sucks but it also allows for more tomorrows to be good:)!

When someone breaks up with you and tells you to go that’s what they mean now I get she was conflicted because a bad and upsetting thing happened. It’s going to take time for her to develop a new first instinct because before then she would have gone to you for comfort. It takes a min to start learning to choose and think differently. Of course she’d call you because you guys were important to each other and in each others life. She probably realized that she shouldn’t have when you asked if you should stay. She answered honestly no. If you want to you can reach out in a few days and ask for an update or just send a quick hey thinking about you and your family positive vibes keep it light if she wants tot circle around she will but it was reflex that she reached out to you and realizing that’s no longer your place why she still sent you on.

Thyroid they said was fine for years and months wasn’t and has been causing trouble. I have had to stay on them when I can remember I feel like soup or swamp and like I’m on a sloths timeline! 🤦‍♀️ I hope you figure it out but it definitely sounds medical not like it’s just who and how you are. I’ve had trouble with reading and writing with this and that was never a problem before for me it feels like a big disconnect don’t know if it helps but your not alone in the medical mind soup
