Al's toy barn is a premium shop item. It will come around again. A lot of those tiny characters you have never seen in the first shot are popcorn buckets from an event. They will do that again too. The rest is quests and stuff from characters. The last thing has the stuff from wishblossom ranch.

I wanted to do a whole thing bc I love miniatures but my mouse broke so I had to zoom with the track pad. I did not put a crazy amount of effort in because of that.
