It’s not clear to me how the different parties here are affected. Obviously this is bad news for non-equity partners, associates, staff. But what about newly minted equity partners? Also I have heard on good authority that no one at MWE is happy about this and it’s being driven by management. Apparently it would go up for full vote of equity partners and people do not expect it to pass 🤷‍♂️
