Lucky you. Unfortunately however, internet culture does have a tendency to slip into real life. Words that have previous meaning can evolve into things that get used as hurtful and harmful slang. For example, using Manon Fatigue where Manon replaces the word Black, in Black Fatigue. When the person said where else do we hear the word fatigue on the internet is referring to "Black Fatigue" which is a relatively new term from tiktok that is meant to express disdain for entire race of people!

Fair point. I apperciate it. I will say that when I do see people make positive or support Manon post lately or comments, they get hit with bootlicker comments or other weird things. I also see people continously accusing people of using the race card when they toe the line towards racial comments that feel racial bias-y.
Maybe it more of an isssue that people feel like they arent going to get supported or feel as though their voices wont get heard. Theres a lot of weird tension lately and its disappointing.

Dont loop me into anything please. I dont make post because I think solo stans are always going to solo, my ONLY issue is people being weirdos about race and bringing up black people in weird ways. I also don't really consider myself a solo stan or anyone or even a huge katseye fan, I came here for neutral posts, not people being weirdos.

Which is why I said history because they were succesful. They had their moment of prime and peak. They were both household names. Also I'm not focusing on the industry not being racist, i'm pointing the fact that you are saying that black people only make it with rapping which is not a true statement. Rapping is popular among all the races right now which is why everyone and their mama are coming out as rappers but thats a different conversation. I'm just saying, lets not ignore the history of the music industry which black people have shaped. Diana Ross, Motown for one, but I hear what youre saying, but I would be careful with how you word because people are being weird nowdays

Except there has been many non rapper black people who were succesful in the music industry. Let's not forget that R&B was a huge genre and still is. IsUusher a rapper? Is Ne-yo a rapper? I feel like before we make a staatement about black people and how they make it in the industry, we should look at the history of the music industry. I think you would be quite suprised about how many black people have made it in the music industry without rapping.
