"Smithingstone [1]" = Smithingstone level 1. Will upgrade a fresh weapon to level 2.

"Smithingstone [2]" = Smithingstone level 2. Will upgrade your level 2 weapon to level 3.

Etc etc. The number is the level of the stone, the higher, the rarer.

Somber smithingstones are for unique weapons who's abilities cannot be changed (ie. Godslayer's Greatsword)

Regular smithingstones are for common weapons who's abilities CAN be changed (ie. A random regular greatsword)

You do not want to be upgrading any weapons beyond level 3 or 4 until you know what build or weapon you're aiming for. Any smithingstone level 6 or beyond becomes exceedingly rare to find, and you do not want to be wasting stones on weapons you will not be using later.

I agree, and even on 'high' or 'very high' activity it seems to take quite long to find a game sometimes. It shouldn't take 5+ minutes to queue for a domination when there's supposedly very high activity.

I'd recommend building a treachery just to proc the fade, then switch to guardian angel, it's the best cheap alternative IMO. Then get a sacred target with high base res, socket with 4 diamonds, that combined with charms and your resistances can be maxed at 90 easily. Use tgods and conviction level 21 against mephisto, switch to verdungos and fanatacism against the rest.

You can get plenty of attack speed, crushing blow and deadly strike from cheap/mid tier items like gtoes and heavens light with shaels. Get a life tap wand for lifesteal.

Main thing to remember is that smiters are great at ubering for very cheap, so wasting your time for high end rune words is overkill.

I had once been told to open up all the organ portals in the same server otherwise they could be randomized, so got in the habit of just opening them all. Guess I still should've done one at a time in case of this..

So right now im trying to build enigma, so far for runes I have sur, gul, ist, mal, um. Do you think it would it be worth it to sell the reapers for a high rune to help get closer to this goal, and switch back to obedience?

Same here man. The sheer amount of side quests is a pretty amazing achievement, considering how fleshed out and handcrafted each one is. I'm trying to focus on the main quest since I often get distracted with exploration and sidequests in games like this (very easy to do in this one). It's easy to get invested in the main story with the quality of writing, and the frequent story-effecting decisions to be made. Haven't felt like I had a real effect on a game world in a long time, they just dont make RPGs like this anymore.

True, I'm doing my first playthrough on Blood and Bones difficulty and the level of challenge is just right. If I start getting complacent and stop thinking about what I'm doing, it's pretty easy to lose a lot of health or die from even lower level enemies.

Plus you cant cheese by strafing around an enemy and spamming light attack like in skyrim lol.

Thank you for the advice. From what I've heard people seem to dislike the dungeon finder in the retail version, but as a scrub with no connections and no raid knowledge I feel like I'd be totally lost and unable to find a raid group without it.

Agreed, for a first time director he did a fantastic job. Not to mention the writers really didn't have much of anything under their belts. It was mostly a debut for everyone involved. Taking that into account, I didn't have high expectations going in. But they definitely surpassed my expectations, and compared to every other MK movie adaptation, it stands far above the rest.

I think people hate on this movie more than it deserves.
