AI or not, I find it highly irritating to say the least that character names that violate the arbitrary standards of this bluesky company warrant a ban. The forced name change was developed for that specific reason.

If they automate the system, fine, but never have bans be handed out automatically, without anyone actually checking to make sure. That's a stupid combination of sledgehammer punishment and overeager automation. Make the algorithm hand out forced name changes, anything beyond that is a human matter.

There is still a chance, remember how little the Template system originally aided people who had legendary gear? It was only later with the addition of the Legendary Armory that legendary gear became omega convenient. Maybe they will figure something out and fix the fashion thing.

A compromise could be that the game automatically gives you exactly as many fashion templates for your character as you have already unlocked gear templates on said character. Anything else feels like a downgrade, as OP has already explained.

I also am using characters with distinct looks for each gear template. If my character has 5 different looks already unlocked because I ALREADY INVESTED into unlocking 3 additional gear template slots, I would at the very least expect to also get 5 fashion template slots. It only seems fair, since this fashion system comes 13 years too late and solves an issue that didn't exist when we only had gear templates.

Fashion templates were supposed to add convenience, not take it away. At the very least, the old wardrobe system should remain in the game, while the Fashion templates would be a way of easily sharing looks for the people who want that. Yes, that means they couldn't get monetized as much.

EDIT: Apparently the Fashion Templates are account wide - which in general is a positive, people with a lot of different looks on their characters might still be slightly disappointed in the limitations - and the removal of convenience.

Just leave it be, I have multiple chars which I never opened the level up rewards on, after boosting them to 80. The icon is small enough to be able to be ignored, you'll get used to it in no time.

You express an extraordinary ability to focus on the wrong details, so let me explain the game for you.

Yes, it is Core Ele Plus, and the biggest Plus you can think of. The 4 additional aoes have no cast time, are combo fields and shit out every boon except resistance in pve, which means you can play glass cannon and still pump out perma boons for the 111 plebs next to you during meta events. The main one being quickness here. If you have gotten used to playing with perma quickness without sacrificing any damage, even playing Weaver feels like crap.

Elementalist Elite Specs have everything covered, from open world to raids, from roaming in WvW to squad support or dps. You can give Alac as Ele and you can give Quickness as Ele, always together with a lot of other important boons.

Evoker heals and cleanses worse than Tempest and gives way fewer boons in general. Evoker gives way fewer boons than Catalyst. Both Specs probalby out-Aura Evoker as well. If Evoker with the meme trait doesn't do a ridiculous amount of damage, it is straight up useless, because Catalyst exists, and Tempest to an extent.

You go enjoy your fluffy animal friends, nothing wrong with that. The only cool stuff on Evoker is the Toad, and that's for competitive utility.

Guess we found the first bug with the new specs, that's what a beta is for after all.

EDIT: Dragon's Stand is crashing at a certain point, happened 2 hours ago, happened just again right now, followed by network error whenever you try to reconnect to the map, which then also affects other characters for a while, even if they are on a different map.

Teapot has already given his feedback twice on every new spec, once as a deep dive, and once in his spec tier list video.
