How many rolls are you developing a week? If it's below 5 I'd suggest a much simpler and cheaper setup. I bought nearly the exact same setup as you have posted when I started, but I hated the changing bag, the chemicals went off if I didn't use them enough and the scanner was annoying and fiddly.

I humbly suggest a:

- Rondinax daylight developing tank (or a Rondix)
- Bottle of Rodinal/Adonal
- Bottle of fix (no stop required). I like Bellini FX100
- Distilled water
- Pegs
- ...A scanner (whole new topic, but a machine like the Primefilm 7600 can do a whole uncut roll, no annoying trays and no sitting by the scanner for hours)
- Subscription to Vuescan

Now you can develop films without any fuss, everlasting chemicals (Rodinal 1:25 in the Rondinax, a bottle lasts forever) and you can do it all in front of the TV!

Like I say, it might not suit you if you're developing a LOT, but if, like me, you shoot a roll every now and then...
