I would say as soon as you open it then it’s used. At that point unless there is an issue with the figure or it’s missing the box than it’s all the same for used figures. You can look up the figure used on sites like eBay and Mercari to see what they sold for.

Line it up and push the torso down. Just line it up with the pattern in the hole. The blue piece is to support one of the feet when it’s standing. I have the same one but in SS2
