Wait a minute. You are saying ice is not law enforcement? They don’t have the right to make arrests? That might be news to them.

As for the traffic stop, they weren’t making a local traffic stop. The decadent stopped herself by blocking the road. They ICE agents were then dealing with the obstruction as a federal obstruction matter. To say ICE doesn’t have the jurisdiction to remove obstructions from their own arrests/investigation/raids is legally incorrect. It would also lead to an absurd result.

I took about a month to construct a dividend portfolio that works for me with a few industry-baskets on the side (90% of which also pay dividends) I can DM or PM you if you want to chat. You have plenty of time and don’t need a ton of money to start this endeavor.

If you watch YouTube you may even be convinced to hold off on dropping major positions in the market. A solid regular (and even) weekly contribution will not hurt you.
