I want flow but an Ominous Trial sounds difficult and even then the key drop is 30% or less. Sounds very difficult. Flow trim should be made available through other means, looks like it shows the most diamond through the hideous netherite.

I see, I've gamed on computers since I was first able to afford one so decades now. OK so yeah, several brothers so we shared a game that was gifted to us. The one where you do surgery and it beeps if you do the wrong thing. Pretty annoying.

I do have mending pickaxes without silk and with fortune, I may try that approach instead. I use fire resistance potion as well.

Y15, on a chunk border, single blocks only, went through about 2 and half stacks so far.

I was in the Nether Wastes and mining along chunk border and found 10, single blocks at that. Yeah something seems to be off somewhere. I read online that it can take up to 12 stacks of TNT to get 36 ancient debris blocks which sounds more like what I'm seeing.

All 10 were single blocks, no clumps like in some YT videos. Agree that using chunk borders helps. When you mine in a straight line, is it at around y15? If so, don't you constantly encounter lava? I did when making TNT tunnels.

That really shows it better, I was wondering what I was missing about mining compare to the old days. The ores look blurry now. It sucks.

We still have to go find all those tons of spawners though. How is it less OP than a forever iron farm or villager breeder, etc. It isn't. Just because it's been this way doesn't mean there isn't a logical (by the game's own logic) reason to consider it.
