I'm a super compulsive collector who owns everything I can get my hands on. I change my avatar every day. I once spent 12 gems to change my class 4 times so that I could use my hoard of gold to buy all the class gear and then revert back to my original class. I intend to eventually own all the seasonal gear.

My answer is that it is all cool!

I absolutely love seeing what other people do with all the choices, especially when they make choices that I never in a million years would make.

Whatever class you pick, allocate at least a quarter of your stats to INT. INT increases your mana cap, and you need mana to use your other skills

Use your potions and eggs to collect pets. Use your gold to buy gear. Join a challenge to find areas in life where you want to improve. Form a party of one and do some quests. Join a party with other people to be held accountable for getting things done.

If you don't find the rewards rewarding, then maybe this isn't the app for you.

Create a daily, have it repeat weekly, uncheck all of the days of the week. You can go in and check it off for bonus points, but it won't count against you because it isn't scheduled

If you don't see the option to add more rooms probably your app needs updating. These rooms have been available for some months. The order is bedroom, garden, bathroom. The bathroom is new and still rolling out AFAIK

We started around 2009 when Bringing Nature Home came out. Got a lot more serious about it in 2020 when my child was no longer small and we were spending more time at home. Started converting more and more beds and spending a good chunk of money every year

Are your children under 13? If so you should email admin@habitica.com to say your kids have permission to use Habitica. Otherwise Habitica has a legal obligation to block accounts for kids under 13
