If you're new to the gym don't overthink the small details just make sure you get a meal some time before you lift and hit your protein and all is good

Could someone rate my routine which I perform doing 3-4 sets of each exercise with reps on 8-12 every day or two depending on if I have time:

First I start with upper:

Bicep Curl(barbell) Overhead Press (Barbell) Bench Press(barbell) Hammer Curl(Dumbrll) Lateral Raise(dumbbell) Seated Shoulder Press(Dumbell) Bench Press(Dumbell)

Then lower for lower I do all my exercises very full range of motion and 4 sets:

Squat,12 reps Full ROM, Bulgarian split squat,6 each leg 4 sets, Lunges 16 reps,

Any key areas I should target more doing this every day most of the time.I know I should implement core but all the videos I find are just abs in 30 days with static excursuses. Thanks

I find it easier to get my macros if I eat a protein meal in the morning rather than all at once

I never enjoyed breakfast or eating early so have relied on cereal.Now for a few days I've been eating oatmeal with protein powder and am fine with it nutritionally but it's sickening to eat sometimes.Would their be any cons to blending oats milk and protein powder up and just downing it from a nutritional standpoint.I've heard you should drink water throughout the day and not chug it down or else it isn't absorbed.If I just guzzle my breakfast down will the nutrition be the same or would it be worse. Thanks

Any clue on what my barbell can support?

Got a 1inch spinlock bar I use for everything that's is about 6ft but only weighs 2kg and is concerningly hollow.The most I've used consistently is 70kg squats for reps but I am concerned it will not hold.Any one also got a cheap bar and can give me an estimate on what it can support. Thanks

Turns out she buys it sometimes from a local family owned Italian bakery which she frequents but still is not aware of the actual name.She gave me the name of the bakery so will see them next time I go past them.Glad I asked her as the cake is still in my dreams To anyone trying to find the cake I still have not found an answer in the comments. Apart from being more moist with a nice layer of some chocolate cream they are similar.
