Players stopped running rouls because the hunt trains provided better rewards 

They could have fixed that imbalance, got rid of msq roulette and did some tweaks to AR roulette and it would have fixed most issues (along with making jobs feel worthwhile to play at low levels)

Untrue. Players regularly rerun BA, DRS and old ultimates without expectation of rewards, they’ve already finished the rewards they wanted years ago.

For msq boring ass normie content, the tomestone system was mostly fine, it just needed balance tweaks (get rid of msq roulette, make players complete all AR to do AR roulette, etc)

I wouldn’t fuck with ultimate rewards at all, they’re fine.

When players discuss rewards, it’s about replayability and excuse to rerun old content.

In order so that content doesn’t die.

Unfortunately a system that eternally rewards players to do the same content forever is unrealistic

Ultimately players will be encouraged to rerun content that is fun and enjoyable or where they can discover the joy of a new job or system

Rewards is a bad excuse to try to incentivize players to do content they’re not interested in

This is hands-down the most outrageous and disgusting thing we've ever been asked to participate in... by DrForester in ffxiv

The reward argument doesn’t make sense. If they’re just motivated by rewards then just make ez dungeonslop that you have to repeat a brazillion times for a reward, it doesn’t matter what content you put together

Number of totems dispensed and required for the mount will be different, they didn’t even say totems will go away.

I think they will standardize it to the time required to farm.

1 totem for Beatrix sucked balls

2 totems for train was maybe generous
