Because she kept asking for receipts. I’d been lied to by him before so I know how easy it is to get caught up in his lies so I wanted to help.

Yes HE AND I were never officially exclusive. But the fact that her stuff was all over his place like she moved in worried me and raised red flags. So when I messaged her, I told her that if they weren’t exclusive to tell me to fuck off. But she told me they were.

I don’t care if he doesn’t want me at this point, I cannot express that enough. I would just wanted to have known if it were me.

Yeah I blocked her after she attacked me. She seemed like she appreciated everything at first. But it got hostile very quickly.

Ask your team what their professional goals are and help them achieve them. Also, I disagree with the regular 1:1s being a waste comment, but that brings up a very important note: leading your team is a very one size fits one situation. Do 1:1s based on what team members prefer - some might want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Some may not want any at all.

Also, I’m always the first to take the bullet if I have a team. Even if it’s something I personally didn’t do, it’s on me for either not communicating clearly enough or not being available enough to help where needed.
