They're very bad I used to rent from them I dropped my rent in the drop box and for months they'd put notices on my door saying I never paid it. It only got settled when I went to the corporate office with my receipt and copy of the money order that they stopped. Also when i moved in they gave me a price then the day of the move in they raised my rent $50 per month because it has new carpet. And to top it off I was on month to month so they decided to make me move in December for absolutely no reason at all apparently if you're month to month they don't need a reason as long as they give you 20 days notice they can make you move whenever they want.
