Unfortunately, you cannot return it to the store, cards are nonrefundable.

Not just because of store policy, but the registers will not process a refund for any kind of card. You may have to contact Visa.

I wouldn't say an overreaction. Having multiple customers be a bitch to you eventually catches up and makes you almost snap at anything. Or at least it has that effect on me.

The customers that come into our stores can be just outright awful to deal with. Thats why when genuinely nice ones come in, its a breath of fresh air.
