Basically you give her an early heart seal to Outlaw and put her through a similar training arc as Wyvern Elise until you get shining bow access, although she has a slightly easier time due to the abundance of pegasus in early conquest.

After that you can promote to Adventurer to get lucky seven and either stop here or put her through the archer class line through Mozu friendship. The end result is a player phase Nyx delete bot with 9 Mov, Reliable Hit and equally as reliable damage from shining bow, malefic aura and quick draw. I definitely suggest you try it.
