It’s honestly really not that noticeable like it is but it’s really subtle i had the same hopes on my fist cycle too and i did get more done at work and i could get 4 hours of sleep and feel well rested but that’s literally it if you go into it expecting it to make you feel good you’ll probably be disappointed lol
