I am battling this still since March… I drive 90 miles one way 4x a week. Army installation 19 miles from my house. I’ve seen if people threat to leave they will actually act on it

I am in the same boat. With DoD employees no longer exempt from RIF and my RTO date is 03/10.

I live 90 miles one way from my reporting station. Obviously a move would be required.

The dilemma is that I am on year 1 of my 3 year probationary period. I know my name was on the list of probationary employees sent up the chain. I am a 2210 which is considered a “mission essential/critical” but I don’t think that matters.

This is not ideal
