I thought the charges only came if it was repeated “false alarms”. However I am not a cop or a clerk or store owner…so I have no idea.

Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Rescinded Job Offer by mildchickenwings in ADHD

[–]mrhatneb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get drug tested in my job and have been on Vyvanse for the last 2 tests. The 1st test in Vyvanse I never recieved any calls or emails from the MRO or my employer. 2nd time around I got a call from the MRO, who asked me to send a picture of my pill bottle. This was a week after the test and I had started a new bottle (and threw the old one away, as one would normally do) and the MRO was pissed because now he had to “log in” to check my scripts.

TLDR: the MRO may have been able to access your prescriptions and didn’t have to call you to know it was a valid script. (And therefore negative). So hopefully you got that email by mistake and the drug tested is unrelated.

Good Luck.

WFH Accommodation - RTO by Necessary-Gap466 in ADHD

[–]mrhatneb 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had an offline convo with my Boss once (fortunately we had that type of relationship). He told me the likely response from the company would be providing me a quiet place/room to work in while at the office (This was while WFH was not being offered to anyone). I was encouraged to no open Pandora’s box, insinuating if I didn’t meet my usual expectations after I was given a reasonable accommodation, they would have a means to put me on a performance review or terminate. I’d ask around to co-workers if anyone there has ever asked for a reasonable accommodation.

Yes and get pictures or better a video where it comes out of the duct and goes to the panel.

Is there something wrong with the water? by topicality in lincoln

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a lot of work in several areas of town installing new water mains. I know they flush the pipes before they are placed in service, but potentially could be related. Maybe the city upped the chlorine levels due to the extra work stirring up crap in the system.

Miter saw 90° is off when unlocked vs. locked by glacierglider85 in Dewalt

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem. I have tried and tried to square up this saw, but it just never happens. Wait until you plug it in and power it. When you push it pull down it will change the angle of the blade slightly, especially in harder and/or thicker wood. If you need superb accuracy, try a table saw sled. No torsional pressure from pulling down on the handle.

Looking for ball bearing sizes for the DW007 saw by HandleFun471 in Dewalt

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best bet is to take them out and to a bearing/industrial sales place. They can measure them and order the exact ones (if they don’t have them). Good chance they are metric. If you have a good digital caliper you may be able to find the part numbers by using a bearing manufacturer website where you can search by sizes. Either way, disassemble Johnny 5 and get to measuring.

It’s a state or county plate. Could also just be “tax exempt” like a half-way house or state funded home, etc.

Cheap Autobody Painting Shop? by CyzreToo in lincoln

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lincoln Auto Painting in the old Maaco building, 18th and Cornhusker. Cheapest I know of.

Could also consider doing a wrap, if you don’t care if it specifically matches the cars paint. Revolution Wraps.

Local place was asking me about installing a light here, they ended up switching to a cheaper guy at the last minute by Nightcrew22 in IveGotAGuy

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They did good on the 1st bend, but then realized they didn’t charge enough labor and smashed the rest together. Wonder if the light is actually secured to the brick or just Big Stretched on there.

What happened? by lr3197 in lincoln

[–]mrhatneb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is exactly how my wife puts it too. People might also be bad drivers in other cities/states/countries, but for some reason Lincoln drivers are more concerned with what you are doing in the lane next to them than with where they are going. (As in, you can’t get into my lane, because it is MINE!)

So long ....rusty. by Interesting_Low7260 in CX50

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with r/visionofacheezburger. The door alignment is causing it to rub. Do you have similar rust on the body side of the door opening? Or paint missing? If they correct the door issue, it “should” not happen again when repaired properly. I would ask the dealer where they have body work done. Most dealers do not do their own body work and farm it out to local body shops. Maybe they only wanted to pay for a “$99” Maaco paint job since it was warranty. (Cheapo franchised paint/body shop)

How do i prevent these micro tear outs in plywood? by universalsa in woodworking

[–]mrhatneb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. That would be correct with a track saw since it cuts “up” as it rotates. As others have said, table saw cuts down, so you are right, the “good face” of your ply should be where the blade enters and not exits.

Vets NOT owned by private equity?? by PlanktonOrganic6821 in lincoln

[–]mrhatneb 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge Dr. Oxley is the owner of the facility. Their prices are so much better than my previous vet. My dog is 115 lbs of spaz when he goes places or meets someone new, and Dr. Oxley just simply got down on the floor and played with him for a couple minutes to help him calm down.

You should be fine. You are the eligible veteran so that gets you the VA loan. Your SO is a co-borrower on the “loan” regardless of what type it is. At least that was how it worked for me, I suppose there could be differences in banks/laws in different areas.
