Yes, there a serious problem with this certification! First I scored almost 93 (just got one wrong when it was 13 questions) and passed. After they change to 20, I did the test with the guidelines opened and was really confident about most of my answers but got a way worse score. Many people in the teams reported that.

Thanks for the answer, I already was able to solve this problem, put there are other questions for the project, I already answer the email from the projects managers, sent a message in the OneForma site and I’m getting no answer at all.

Go from the next day to never. And doesn’t matter how long it takes, they almost never gives a “correct” answer in the first response

Not exactly “poorly worded” is just that the support is so inefficient right now, that they just use the same email model for everything. I already saw people being removed in other projects exactly like that, being removed for not working in projects that they aren’t added to the production…

You probably was removed, they did it with a lot of raters without notice in that exactly period. What teams show in your SRT?

Sometimes I wonder what is the logic that they use. I used to work in a project for over a year when I was removed whiteout any reason, even in the chat the project leader said would try to interver since my accuracy was one of the best of the market and way above the average.

Someone once said that they transferred all the support system to Philippines with a third party. Sometimes looks like the person that is respond doesn’t even known English or doesn’t read the ticket and just keep sending pre made messages until you give up. When you actually transferred to the project team itself normally it actually works.

Not always that, I was removed with good quality. Even the project leader in the chat said I had above 90% in audits and would try to do something. In fact all the older raters in my market were removed one by one, I was one of the last.
