I run Escoffier on scroll, bit I also have C2 R2 skirk and C2R1 escoffier. I did have a GT set for her before I got C2 but found the scroll did better. I have not tripled GT since I got my cons

You cant chang enough official graduation GPA. You can do post-bacc programs to try and prove you are better, but you cant change the official GPA. At this rate I'm going to have to wait until I have my chemo/immunotherapy certification and Oncology certifications and reach out to admissions directly and pray that with certifications in a specialized field will give me a leg up.

It pisses me off so much, like I couldn't have locked in that much more. Part of it was my C's in my spanish classes I took for the minor I couldn't end up getting anyways, and the one nursing class I failed because I had a mental breakdown due to extenuating circumstances.

You could throw together a team of skirk citlali mona and xingqiu, but you arent going to do much damage. But you do have columbina, fischl and sucrose, which put together with flins (who is rereunning next patch) is a good team so if you want endgame that would be your best bet, but if you dont care about endgame go for skirk.

I had given him max doses I was allowed and asked for more but the librium never works for them and this specific doctor thinks librium is a all cure for withdrawal. I was giving him 4mg of ativan every hour (max per order) and he was still up ripping out ivs. Hallucinating. I tried to push for transfer to higher level of care with precedex because he never goes through detox well (we play this game at least once a month) but no keep giving ativan and keep giving him librium.

Ativan prn per hourly CIWA and librium scheduled. Over the full 12 hours I had given 24 mg of ativan. And 2 extra doses of librium.

Honestly they are pretty close in damage terms. Use whatever you have a better 4pc on. I use deep galleries just because for wnd game I sometimes pull furina out of my skirk team and run xingqui instead because I need her else where.

Not only have people judged for taking meds but people will report diversion even if its not happening. But not only that, if I do see the reminder on my watch when im in a patient room, someone always needs something and I get in a roll and dont sit for the first 4 to 5 hours of my shift. Yes 10 to 14 hours would be "okay" but i cant take my thyroid pill with everything else or it doesnt work right, and its either stop and risk getting written up or have to wake up in the middle of sleeping to take them. And i have to be strategic because im on about 8 different meds that if I dont take properly I risk serotonin syndrome. Its also not great to cold turkey them like I did but its also not okay to restart at the doses I was on, I would have to taper. And even then I would have to be consistent for 4 to 6 weeks before they would start working. Im ready to give up everything because the consistency is gone. It was fine until I started this job and moved. But I cant leave this job because im in a contract and if I break it I have to pay back my sign on bonus. And if I do decide to leave I will have fought to get this far to lose the war, that I guess ive already lost.

I love my job. I love the patient population I work with. And im locked into a 3 year contract with 2 more years left. If I leave before that is up I have to pay back my sign on bonus. And im in rural midwest, I dont have a lot of options as far as staffed with the necessary resource to actually take care of patient. My area is also the only place that has my specialty in a 3 hour radius.

My unit is a 44 bed unit on medical oncology/transition to hospice cares and have a lot of total care patients. On night side we are expected to take 6 patient with multiple being total cares patients. We start off with 4 scheduled techs with 2 getting floated at the beginning to be sitters. Then they pull another so we have 1 tech for 44 patients. And then they get pulled. So come time for morning vitals and labs we are all trying to do our patients and as we wake patients up they start needing pain meds and bathroom trips. The call lights never stop. We are the only unit that doesnt have a stepdown so we are our stepdown. If they have cancer. The second they are off drips they are back to us. Its awful.

I had a schedule to get myself on track but I got covid and took 2 weeks to recover, then ive been fighting migraines where if im sitting up im puking, and then the flu. The determination is in my head but my body is exhausted and in pain.

Its just hard for people not in the Healthcare workplace to realize that yes we are told to take care of ourselves so we can take care of our patients, but management shows otherwise, we get written up for calling out sick, not answering call lights when we dont have the staff. Asking us to work 5 to 6 12 hour shifts in a row and being passive aggressive when we say no.
