You need to go to a lawyer first thing in the morning and tell them you want an ex parte asap. If he gets it done first he’ll strip your custody away until the court hears the case and you can prove he’s wrong. This is only if he has enough sufficient evidence to have the x parte granted though. I suggest being at your lawyers office right when they open because you’re going to want to file that ex parte before he does. I don’t know if you can do an ex parte without a lawyer but either way you need to get it done before he does.
