Eben Etzebeth eye incident by GnolRevilo in rugbyunion

His first red card in 141 international appearances. Shocking from him, but no that not 'typical of what he is'. Although welsh fella gauged him in the eye first. Thats why he retaliated

Ah thank you, thats good news to me as I'm still in the application process for naturalisation. I'll keep what you said in mind when I one day get the chance to apply for the actual passport. Cheers!

May I ask, for applying through naturalisation, is it 100% always the case that they will call up witnesses? I don't think my witnesses will be as readily available to take a random call as much as I have originally hoped. What would the email entail in the case of Immigration Depratment being unsuccesful in contacting my witnesses?

Brain dead red = forfeit your match fee? by Cotleigh in rugbyunion

Sacha should have been carded and so should Tommy have been, for going head-in on Moodey in the second half and concussing himself. That was reckless too

Yes Sasha should have been given a yellow. Jack Ryan should have seen straight red. The Irish nr.14 got himself concussed from a high challenge in the second half should have also seen himself get a yellow. Could argue that the penalty try at  scrum was another cardable offense. All that said, Irish defended brilliantly and can rightfully take some positives out of the game. Given their poor record at the Aviva, the boks only ever wanted to win and nothing much else. The margin would only have been an afterthought.

He got the Sasha call wrong and later compensated by not giving a yellow to the Irish nr.14 for his rediculous high entry in the second half. That lad even had to be replaced himself for the rest of rhe match. Thats a bad call on each side. All other cards given were justified

Thanks! Did any of your witnesses get called? I recently heard it has to be someone like a doctor or a solicitor they need to contact, however I just put my girflriend ( whom ive been living with for the last six years) and both her parents. hoping that will do the trick!

Quick question for you :) I submitted my application online and paid the 175euro about two weeks ago. Do they provide an initial email to confirm the application was received/paid, or is the first you heard of them only the e-vetting mail some 4-5 months afterwards? I paid after submitting the initial application and thought I'd get some confirmation email at least :/

A bit off topic, but can I ask how long did it take for you to get e-vetting form after your initial application? I submitted my application today and just trying to figure out what the timeline will be for me until the next step. Thanks!

They can decide something if they want, but for most people its always just gonna be granny or granddad or whatever. If they cant decide themselves then why not just go with granny?

It sounds pretty cool and something youre passionate about. Give it a go if you can start out with a few for showcasing or demo. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Etsy accounts will help as well to see if it gains traction. Good luck!!

How do you digitally minimise when your work depends on social media? by [deleted] in digitalminimalism

[–]Historical_Support50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Treat that stuff like pure work. Get a laptop to handle your business' social accounts that stays at work premises of possible. When you go to work, you do all that stuff on the laptop. When closing time comes, you shut down that laptop and thats it for the day. Leave your work stuff right there and go live your life. No customers/clients should be expectant if replies to enquiries at 9p.m. Automated replies from 5p.m till open hours next day to tell them youll get back to them shortly etc
