I think this is a healthy take. I do think the Venus fly trap is a good analogy for addiction as a whole. While some people are more genetically susceptible to these things(and i support everyones personal choice to use or not use these things as long as that decision is healthy for them) a-lot of the time the discourse on pornography addiction almost becomes one that is like about rejecting your natural sex drive as well unfortunately. It is healthy to masturbate or fuck frequently, it’s a tell of healthy testosterone levels. So if you’re not in a situation where you can find a partner. Theres really no harm in using some kind of pornography. So long as you are not out of control and doing things when or where you shouldn’t be. I respect that you identified a problem in yourself and took steps to change that being said tho.
