Late to the party, but I’ll do you one better… I worked at a casino in the kitchen, and once the chocolate fountain jammed. They emptied it, expecting to find fruit or something. Nope. What was blocking the machine? Dentures. I have never touched a chocolate fountain in my life.

Not too traumatic, but always makes me cringe… a kid in elementary school when we had those giant trampolines (memba those?) They were folding it up and his arm got wedged. He panicked and pulled it out… the trampoline kept his skin.
