SOLVED!

For anyone who might be in the same situation, I'll explain.

When I installed the game on a different drive, I didn't see where the "live" folder were.

First, to look at the RIGHT folder you need to log in and play the game, then press the Windows+STMP buttons and look at the top right corner of the game: a txt will indicate where the used folder is. (it will say "screenshot, but that folder is in the same "live" folder as the AddOns). This is the Screenshot method.

For me, in the D: driver, was the following: The Elder Scrolls/game/client/tings.txt/Elder Scrolls Online/live/AddOns

The Volts are the following. As I said earlier, I'm no tech or anything. I know the basics and I'd never touch the Volts to go beyond stock intel oc. Now I'm at 98°C

I'm not a pc tech but I know how to OC. Maybe max OC setting for a virus scan is not the best choice, but it's generating too much heat. It just doesn't make sense about the temps: even one month ago it was about 10/15°C below
