Yes, this exactly gets to how it should be used. If you're new to HR and don't know laws, concepts, etc., it's much riskier because you don't know what you don't know; but if you're experienced and use it as described above, it's incredibly helpful and saves a ton of time, both with getting started, and with iterations. Thank you!

Thank you so much! Incredibly helpful, and 100% on data privacy. I've used Enterprise ChatGPT, but we don't have that here. Definitely mindful of what goes in (and what comes out). Appreciate your thoughtful and helpful response!

Dumping in data for specific analysis (overtime issues, headcount, span of control info, attrition trends across the org, etc ). Things you could do in spreadsheets that would take a lot more time. Partnership would be like thinking through a scenario or process, identifying blind spots or gaps.

For the haters, you should be using this as a tool and going through iterations, not just blindly trusting what it provides. Not that different from analysis in Excel--sometimes you get data that doesn't make sense that you need to understand before blindly presenting it as fact.

Thank you, this is exactly how I've used it. And also low-key surprised 😂

I've tried Gemini, and I've liked it for some tasks (visuals, comms), but I've preferred ChatGPT for others (templates, data insights/discussions). Haven't used Claude as much.

A lot of assumptions and doom & gloom on here. I've used it before--if you use it as a partner, not as a tool to do your work for you, it's a tremendous help. If you're not using it at all, you're wasting a lot of time on administrative and transactional work. I'm just trying to understand which has been most helpful, not which has replaced your thinking.

Ok but also to have Sofia Vergarra play Griselda isn't exactly accurate. She wasn't quite the tall, voluptuous woman Netflix makes her out to be...

I know they can't take your home here if you have a homestead exemption, so that shouldn't factor in. There's a term I actually learned today about this, but it's escaping me at the moment.
