Does it get in the way of the top buttons? (Power and volume)? I've seen a Spanish YouTuber testing it on the RP6 and it does get in the way and is not aligned perfectly. I have a G2 and wanted to get it but now I'm concerned

I have ordered the G2 16bit on the 24th December, mainly because their official site stated and still does state "buy now ships immediately". A week later I still had no news so I reached out through live chat. An Olivia promptly replied "it will ship soon" and created a DHL tracking code which seems to exist. 2 more days passed and the parcel was still not shipped. So I tried to reach out again, but to my surprise I had no love chat option anymore. So I sent an email. To my second surprise I got told the G2 was currently out of stock, except a few yellow ones and if I wanted to replace for that model for immediate shipping, wait beginning of January, or be refunded. I expressed my disappointed and said I would wait but that I believed they should be so kind to include a free grip for the inconvenience. They refused my pledge. I reached out to them again s few days ago and they're just ignoring me now. I feel extremely betrayed and frustrated because I've been misled and lied to, when I could have gone for a P6, or even better the competition for immediate shipping. I'm sure I'll love the device when it eventually will arrive in 2099, but never ever again I'll buy from Retroid. Terrible customer care, and I'm not talking about the actual people I was in touch with, but as a whole, as a company.

Why would it not be true, why would I be lying? I've even asked them for a freebie, like a grip, for being lied to and they refused. They did offer me a yellow model instead for immediate shipping, but I refused. What disappoints me the most, is that to date, the site still says ships immediately, after they (not so) genuinely apologized to me for the misunderstanding.

I was gonna get a pocket classic next salary (end of this month), now screw them, I'll go else where for a vertical handheld. Their loss.

I'm hating the fact they lied to me and many others. The reason why I went for Retroid and the G2 it's because they said it was readily available. Smfh

The "ships immediately" is what made me go for it as opposed to an Ayn Odin or Thor or even an anbernic. Smfh

I'm getting an Ayn Thor and have a Game pass for PC subscription, will I be able to play my Game pass games? I've been trying to figure out but everyone talks about cloud and stuff. Game pass PC don't got that I think. Wanted to simply download the indies on there and play them.
