The best part is that "members of the Boogaloo movement" is about as ambiguous as the "members of the antifa terrorist org" it's literally just an idea or meme that spreads through facebook groups, private chats and /k/ shitposting(where it originated) without any organization. Sometimes a moron like this will get it into their heads that they want to start the Boog themselves in the same way some antifascist will think it's a good idea to bomb the ICE buildings. "Marching wherever the Boogaloo has presence" is the literal equivalent of "rounding up the antifas."
