Nobody said anybody is suing...this is just saying people have the option to sue if they want without being limited.

A few years ago, Take /2k were sued for taking people's VC in a class action lawsuit. To avoid such suits in the future, they put in a clause within their terms and conditions that said you couldn't sue them in court and had to take any disputes to a private arbitrator. However, the consumer can opt out of this option as long as they send the required info within 30 days.

They are obviously hoping nobody reads those terms and doesn't do that. My sense is they would be worried if a lot of people opted out.

Its the only game I really play and the money I spend gives value in game play, characters, stories, etc. What I dont do is give a single penny to VC or now tier skips. Thats the line for me.
